LightSpray Cloudmonster 3 Hyper - Flurry/Verdite

On Running pushes its max-cushion platform forward with the Cloudmonster 3 Hyper LightSpray, combining high-stack performance with a simplified upper. Built using LightSpray™ technology, the upper is robotically applied in a single continuous layer, creating a seamless, laceless construction that sits close to the foot. The result is a precise, sock-like fit with minimal material, reducing weight while maintaining midfoot structure.

Underfoot, the platform builds on the Cloudmonster 3 Hyper tooling, pairing CloudTec® with a dual-layer foam setup. Helion™ HF hyper foam sits closest to the foot for a softer, more responsive feel and higher energy return, while a denser Helion™ base layer provides structure and durability. Without a Speedboard, the foams compress and rebound more naturally, creating a smoother transition from landing through toe-off. A pronounced rocker geometry helps maintain consistent turnover, especially over longer distances.

Compared to the standard Hyper, the LightSpray version feels lighter and more direct, with less between foot and platform. It favours rhythm and forward motion, making it well suited to steady efforts, long runs, and race-day.

This style comes with the intended socks, ribbed at the cuff to ensure a secure fit.
