At Up There Athletics, we want to ensure you have the right gear for your performance needs. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original shoe box or apparel packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the product is in new condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the gear, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange item within 3-5 business days.
